ISLAMABAD, Jul 27 (APP):Pakistan completed its group stage campaign in style at the World Squash Junior Championships 2026, topping Group 7 with a convincing 3-0 victory over Switzerland in the Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada.
In the decisive group match, Nauman Khan defeated Nick Greter 3-1 (11-4, 11-9, 15-17, 11-5) in 58 minutes. Abdullah Nawaz followed with a straight-games 3-0 win over Leandro Vogel (11-3, 11-7, 11-5) in 26 minutes, while Muhammad Umair Arif sealed the team triumph by beating Morris Frey 3-0 (11-6, 11-4, 11-2) in just 23 minutes.
With this result, Pakistan finished at the top of Group 7 and advanced to the knockout stage.
The Pakistani juniors will now play their Top 16 match on Wednesday.
