Kasur (Kamran Ashraf) Zafar Iqbal of the Journalist Panel has been elected the president of District Press Club Kasur (DPC) after the annual elections 2021 held on Monday in the club premises.
As many as 560 voters exercised their right to vote to elect 50 council members in all over the district. Council Members elected working body, during polling that started at DPC premises.
Zafar lqbal elected president, Rana Mansoor senior vice-president, Syed Tanveer Iqbal Secretary General, Syed Aamir Hussain Taqvi Vice president, finance Secretary Syed Abid Bukhari, and information secretary Imran Ali Najfi.
Speaking on the occasion, founding Chairmen Sardar Sharif paid rich tributes to the Election Board for holding peaceful and fair elections.
