ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan Thursday declared the April 3 ruling of National Assembly Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri unconstitutional and ordered the voting on the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday.
In an eight-page written order issued by the apex court, the bench reversed all the steps taken by the government, including the dissolution of the assembly.
